Front facing camera and proximity sensor cable, is the cable that runs along the top of the display assembly, if you have replaced your screen, and the ear speaker, front facing camera, or proximity sensor is no longer working, this is the part that you need to replace. If you have a proxy sensor that is not working, one of the main causes for this is the holder not being fitted, this allows the sensor to move around and not stay put in the correct location. An easy way to put the proxy sensor holder in is to use some of the premium adhesive, or a very small amount of glue to stick it into place. If this doesn’t work then it's best to replace the whole flex, as part of it may have been damaged during the removal process.
